Rookies

Over 80% of Advisors fail in the first 4 years, this is an industry embarrassment that leaves their clients exposed to additional risk.

There are many reasons for this high rate of failure; poor hiring decisions, insufficient financial resources for the Advisor to survive, inappropriate expectations, but mostly it is the lack of "real" support for those learning their craft.
